Resources are missing
Start by checking the current context:
- the active team
- the selected group or model
- the current processing status of the resource
A tool does not appear in chat
The most common reasons are:
- the tool belongs to a different scope
- the tool is excluded in chat configuration
- access or sharing rules do not match the current context
Why does a tool need approval
Some tools are configured to require human confirmation before they run. This is expected for sensitive or irreversible actions.
A vault secret cannot be deleted
The secret is likely still used by a model or a tool. Remove the dependency first, then try again.
The API Tokens page is empty
Confirm that an active team is selected and that the correct collaboration scope is being viewed.
When should a new group model be created
A new group model is usually the right choice when the use case, agents, access rules, or operating mode change in a meaningful way.
